2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Tracking information will be available within 24–48 hours after dispatch.


4. International Shipping

We proudly offer worldwide shipping.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country. ZenovoMart is not liable for these fees.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

ZenovoMart is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before confirming your order.
ZenovoMart is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
